Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro BrokersIn Atlanta we have the GAMLS and MLS. In Atlanta we have two listing services in which we can list properties For Sale. One charges a monthly fee and the other charges a percentage of the sale. This week I was making my list of homes that had expired to call and get an appointment with. This is one way we find our customers. I live in a neighborhood in Smyrna and I noticed an expired listing.
I jotted it down and later in the day I drove past it. A For Sale sign in the yard and they are with a large popular Real Estate company.
Why would you advertise in the Atlanta Constitution and not in the Journal. It doesn't make any sense to me that you would limit your customers home exposure at all. This is the biggest investment a person has in most cases. The reason someone is selling it is that they are being transfered, financially need to sell or want to either up size or down size. You need all the exposure possible. We want you to get all the possible interested buyers we can get.
Ask your listing agent that your property is listed with if your prized possession is in one or both of these services. If they say one then they are doing you an injustice.
If I needed to sell something and my selling representative intended to put it on the internet I would be pretty mad if it was only on one search engine. I would demand it to be on all available search engines to get me the most exposure possible.

Metro Brokers Super Sunday Open House

Metro Brokers Super Sunday Open House happens
the second Sunday every month. All available Metro 
Brokers Agents will be hosting open houses all over 
Atlanta. 

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers
has Super Sunday Open House this weekend. We
have open houses all over Atlanta. Our agents including
myself will be hosting as many open houses to get our
customers the most exposure we can. You will see ads
in the Newspaper as well as on our bill boards around
Atlanta.                                                                

One lucky visitor that looks at an open house and registers            
has the chance to win $1,000.00.


We put our directional signs out Friday after 3 PM then more
signs out Saturday. We are ready for potential buyers and sellers
to visit our open houses beginning at 2 PM and runs till 5 PM.
